This year we will mourn all of our beloved dead and our dead parts.
I hope you will join me as I return to community grief ritual practice for the first time this year! April 27 also happens to be National Grief-In-Public Day, so here is some encouragement for you to get brave if you have never attended a communal grief space. This slow, somatic-based practice space is perfect for slowing down, thawing out, loosening grief, and making enough space for it to begin to leave the body. We can resource ourselves to navigate the intensity afoot, and it can be luxurious.
Register or donate to support the attendance of grievers who are unable to pay.
and what a tender new moon it shall be! 🥀🐝💛🐚🌊 grateful for you, and grateful for this offering~
